This position is based in Cairo, Egypt and will report directly to the Commercial Excellence Director, META and will be responsible for building & leading the execution of the Digital Customer Engagement Strategy in collaboration with Country/Cluster leads and Marketing teams.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Design/assess the Patients and Customer Value Journey (for the Key TAs/Brands)
  • Multichannel Customer engagement planning, execution, tracking and analysis
  • Orchestrates design and roll out of MC customer engagement strategy and projects
  • Ensure prompt measuring of the campaigns’ impact (VoC, VoE) and ultimately the Customer Experience (NPS)
  • Build, maintain, update local customer portals
  • Work with country brand teams/SF for effective implementation of orchestrated digital projects
  • Lead all internal/external digital projects
  • Identify opportunities and Support manage e-commerce activities in the countries
  • Closely work with Marketing team to deliver the Multichannel campaigns
  • Closely work with Medical and Marketing for preparation of multichannel touchpoints (Webinar, Web pages, Social, etc.)
  • Closely working with SFE/BI team and IT to manage integrations and analytics

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Post-graduate study is a must
  • Digital Marketing Diploma is a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or digital media agency
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience in multi-channel & digital marketing and related operational, technical and analytical expertise
  • Proven experience in Marketing Automation, web and mobile best practices and technology
  • Excellent email marketing and campaign experience
  • Knowledge and proven experience with CRM - data integrations, lead generation, customer master
  • Demonstrated analytical skills - ability to understand, translate and integrate data into actionable insights to drive decision-making
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to be able to communicate (verbal and written) technical and non-technical information clearly to a diverse audience and gain impact with senior-level decision makers
  • High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivated to solve difficult issues, continually seeking ways to improve
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Pharma business savvy is a plus
